Covid 19 – Update

All orders will be processed and dispatched as usual – within 2-3 working days. However, due to the impact of Covid-19, there may be delays with postage.

Behind the scenes, we are following all government advice and ensuring the working environment is always a safe and clean place.

Deliveries are currently sent using Royal Mail or Herme. Both are abiding by strict social distancing delivery measures.

Do you have International Delivery?

Not for postal bakes.

For all other items, yes we do! Once you are though to check out your delivery costs are calculated based on your delivery address and the item you have ordered.

For example, for all artwork and prints, we have a flat rate of £10 for all UK addresses, £15 for European addresses, and £20 for all other addresses. We take pride in ensuring your order arrives with you safely. Therefore these are fixed prices for art work, no matter the size.

How do I know when to expect my order?

Cakes and cupcakes – exclusive to Northern Ireland. Please note your preferred delivery date at checkout. Once your order is received, I will personally confirm this with you using the contact info you provide.

Art Commissions: These are made to order, and can be expected 4-8 weeks unless otherwise discussed.

All other products: Dispatched within 2-3 working days with Royal Mail or Hermes. Delivery fees include 1st class special deliver or 1st class signed for.

You will receive a tracking number once your parcel is on its way so you’ll know when to expect it.

How do you ensure my piece gets to me safely?

We’ve invested a lot of time to choosing the best packaging for our products. All packaging is biodegradable and recyclable but will safely protect your order during postage.

We invest in the best delivery options to ensure our products spend as little time as possible in transit (to avoid damage). Delivery fees take this into consideration.

What’s the difference between a commission, original and print?

All paintings are original pieces of art, carefully hand-crafted by Georgia in one of her studios (Surrey/Belfast). They are a one-of-a-kind piece – entirely unique.

Commissions are essentially requested by you. All commissions are original, but they are personal to you, since you have made a special request for it. For example, you might love one of my original pieces but want something similar in bolder colours with more texture – something that’s more YOU. Alternatively, you might consider this option as a personalised gift for someone. For example, if you want me to paint a photograph. If that’s the case, you would order a bespoke commission.

Prints are reproductions of original artworks. To create a print, high resolution photographs are taken of the artwork and then printed. All prints come signed.

How do I buy an original?

All originals are listed on the website and showcased on social media. So be sure to keep an eye out for product drops on Instagram & Facebook.

If you’re interested in a bespoke commission, then you can read more at GMG Creative or pop an email over to georgia@gmg-creative.com.

I am going to buy a frame for my art – what size do I need?

All the artwork here is listed as either A4, A3, A2, A1, A0. We also include the specific measurements of each piece in the product description. This way, you simply look for a frame to fit the size of your art.

I LOVE your cakes but I suffer from a food allergy.

For postal bakes, all allergens are listed within the product description.

To confirm, my cakes and cupcakes are 100% vegan. I am a vegan myself and work from home in my vegan kitchen. Please note, my recipes contain soy and gluten. Plus nuts (varies with flavour.) I can make cakes nut-free and gluten-free but please be aware that they are made in the same kitchen which handles gluten and nuts. Please feel free to contact me with further questions or special requests.

We hope this information has been useful.
